The latest addition to Valonz Salon is The Men’s Grooming Room, offering a bespoke male grooming experience under the guise of Head Barber Aiden Xydis.
As a celebrity and editorial stylist, Renya continually pushes creative boundaries and over three decades has established herself as a leader within the Australian hairdressing industry.
Renya’s knowledge and expertise is furthered through her partnerships and role as Australian and New Zealand Creative Director for Wella Professionals and Ambassador for both Cloud Nine and Olaplex.
Travelling the world working with leading publications such as Vanity Fair and Vogue, Renya’s dedication to her craft has made her one of the most sought after hair directors during fashion week.
Away from the salon, Xydis has created some of the most innovative ‘fashion moments’ both locally and internationally. Most recently, Renya has worked with Haryono, Lee Mathews, By Johnny and Bianca Spender at MBFWA and alongside Eugene Souleiman at Paris Fashion Week SS15.
Xydis is also the first choice for visiting international clients such as David Gandy, Heidi Klum and Nicole Richie when they are in Sydney.
Adding to her credentials, Renya has consecutively been selected as The Australian Apprentice Ambassador by the Australian Government, mentoring and leading the hair industries growth and development of new generations of hairdressers. Alongside her outstanding creative team, Xydis has been acknowledged by the industry winning leading hair awards year after year.
